Welcome to Swwisho. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our service provider app (“Swwisho”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Swwisho Customer Guidelines
• Eligibility – You must be 18 years or older to register and use Swwisho.
• Account Information – You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Account Responsibility – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.
• Booking & Payments – All bookings must be made through the official Swwisho app. Customers may pay using the in-app digital payment options or cash at the time of service.
• In case of cash payment, the service provider is required to mark the order as “Cash Collected” in the app immediately after completion.
• Customers must pay the exact service amount as shown in the app invoice.
• Any disputes arising from direct cash transactions outside the app-recorded invoice will not be the responsibility of Swwisho.
• Overcharging, undercharging, or bypassing the app’s recorded amount is strictly prohibited.
• Service Scope – Customers must clearly select and confirm the services they require before booking. Any additional services must be booked separately through the app.
• Timeliness & Availability – Customers must be available at the scheduled time and place of service. If a customer is not available, cancellation or reschedule charges may apply as per company policy.
• Cancellation & Reschedule – Cancellations or reschedules are subject to Swwisho’s policy. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may attract penalty charges.
• Customer Responsibility – Customers must provide a safe, hygienic, and accessible environment for the service provider to perform the service.
• Medical & Allergy Disclosure – Customers must disclose any skin sensitivities, allergies, medical conditions, or restrictions before the start of the service. Swwisho and service providers will not be responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
• Behavior & Conduct – Customers must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior with service providers. Misconduct, harassment, or unsafe behavior may result in account suspension or permanent block.
• Product Usage – Service providers are required to upload product images before use. Customers must verify and approve products before application.
• Property Safety – Customers are responsible for securing their personal belongings and valuables during service. Swwisho will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage unless proven negligence by the service provider.
• Independent Contractor Relationship – All service providers on Swwisho are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or business partners of the company. Customers acknowledge that services are delivered directly by the provider, and Swwisho only acts as a technology platform to connect both parties.
• Platform Usage & Direct Contact Restriction – Customers must not contact or call service providers directly for bookings or services outside the Swwisho platform. Any such practice may lead to the termination of the service provider’s account. Swwisho will not be responsible for any damages, disputes, or legal complaints arising from such unauthorized arrangements.
• Liability Limitation – Swwisho will not be responsible for any injury, health issues, allergic reactions, damages, or disputes arising from services performed by the provider.
• Compliance with Law – Customers must use Swwisho’s services only for lawful purposes and must not request any prohibited, illegal, or unsafe services.
• Travel Expenses & Penalties – Any penalties, reschedule fees, or additional charges incurred due to customer delay, unavailability, or last-minute cancellations will be borne by the customer.
• Policy Updates – Swwisho reserves the right to revise, update, or modify customer policies, pricing, and charges at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of these changes.
Swwisho connects users with verified service professionals.
Service quality, timing, and pricing are subject to individual service provider availability and agreements.
Bookings must be made through the Swwisho app.
Payment can be made via available in-app methods (e.g., UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets or Cash).
Full payment or advance may be required to confirm a booking, based on the service type.
You may cancel your service booking according to our Cancellation Policy.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per our Refund Policy.
You agree to treat service providers with respect and allow them to perform their work in a safe environment.
Misuse of the app, including fake bookings or abusive behavior, may result in account suspension or legal action.
Professional Service – Providers must perform all services professionally, politely, and in compliance with Swwisho’s quality standards.
Cancellations & Attendance – Repeated cancellations, last-minute reschedules, or no-shows may result in account suspension or permanent deactivation.
Complaints & Service Quality – Multiple customer complaints regarding poor service, behavior, or misconduct will lead to warnings, penalties, or deactivation.
Product Authenticity – Using fake, duplicate, expired, or unauthorized products is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent block.
Product Image Proof – Providers must upload clear images of the products they are applying/using on the customer in the app before completing the service.
Legal Responsibility – Service Providers are solely responsible for any service-related issues, complaints, damages, or legal cases arising with customers.
Account Usage – Each account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing accounts, using multiple or fake accounts, or misrepresentation will result in immediate suspension.
Timeliness & Commitment – Providers must arrive on time for bookings. Repeated delays without valid reasons will lead to penalties or account review.
Behavior & Conduct – Providers must maintain respectful, professional, and safe behavior with customers at all times. Misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Uniform & Professional Look – Providers must always wear the prescribed Swwisho uniform (if issued) or maintain a neat and professional appearance while serving customers. Proper grooming, hygiene, and presentation are mandatory to uphold Swwisho’s brand standards.
Pricing & Payments – Providers must follow the pricing and payment rules set by Swwisho. Overcharging, demanding cash outside the platform, or bypassing the app for transactions is not allowed.
Compliance with Laws – Providers must comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to their services.
Confidentiality & Privacy – Providers must respect customer privacy and not misuse, save, or share any personal information of customers.
Device & App Usage – Providers must use the official Swwisho app, keep it updated, and not attempt to manipulate bookings, ratings, or reviews.
Health & Hygiene – Providers must follow proper hygiene practices, use sanitized tools, wear clean uniforms, and maintain a clean and safe service environment.
Training & Standards – Providers must attend any required training sessions by Swwisho and follow updated service standards issued from time to time.
Provider Safety & Benefits – At Swwisho, the safety and well-being of our service providers is our top priority.
– Currently, as we are a growing platform and do not charge heavy joining fees from our providers, we are unable to offer travel accidental insurance cover at this stage.
– As we expand, we plan to introduce accidental cover and additional benefits for our valued providers. We appreciate your support and partnership as we grow together
Service Providers on Swwisho are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or business partners of the company.
Swwisho only acts as a technology platform that connects customers with service providers.
Providers deliver services directly to the customers, and Swwisho charges a platform fee/commission as a percentage of the provider’s earnings for using the app and platform.
No employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture is created between Swwisho and the service provider.
Providers are solely responsible for their own taxes, professional licenses, compliance with local regulations, and any other statutory obligations as per Indian law.
Swwisho will not be liable for disputes, damages, injuries, or claims arising from services performed by the provider.
Travel Expenses & Penalties – Any travel-related expenses, late arrival penalties, order cancellation charges, or other costs as per company policy are the sole responsibility of the service provider.
Policy Updates – Swwisho reserves the right to revise, update, or change its policies, platform fees, or penalty structure at any time. Providers will be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use the platform.
Swwisho acts only as a platform connecting users with independent service providers.
We are not liable for service outcomes, delays, or damages.
All content in the app (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Swwisho and may not be used without permission.
Your data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Swwisho reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, misuse, or suspicious activity.
