At Swwisho, we strive to offer a seamless experience for both customers and service providers. We understand that plans can change, and this policy outlines how cancellations are handled for service bookings made through our platform.
Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking at any time before the scheduled service time.
Rescheduling must be done within 60 minutes of the booking time. Requests made after this period will not be accepted, and the order must be completed at the originally scheduled time.
If the cancellation is made after 60 minutes from The booking time a cancellation fee of Rupees 200 may apply to compensate the service provider.
Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in temporary suspension of the account.
Service providers are expected to honor all confirmed bookings.
If a provider cancels a confirmed booking, they may face penalties, including temporary suspension or permanent deactivation from the platform.
Customers will be notified immediately and may choose to reschedule or book another provider.
If a customer is not available at the service location within 15 minutes of the provider’s arrival, the booking may be marked as a "No Show" and a cancellation fee may be charged.
Eligible refunds due to cancellations will be processed as per our Refund Policy and will reflect in your original payment method within 10- 15 business days.
You can cancel a pending booking directly through the Swwisho app under the “My Bookings” section.
