A refund may be applicable in the following situations:
The service was not delivered as booked or was incomplete.
The service provider failed to arrive or cancel the service at the last moment.
You canceled a prepaid service within the allowed cancellation period (as per our Cancellation Policy).
There was a billing error or technical issue in the app causing overcharge or double payment.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
The service was fully delivered and completed as per the booking.
Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences not related to service quality.
Cancellation outside the allowed window as mentioned in the Cancellation Policy.
Issues reported after 12 hours of service completion.
To request a refund, go to the “Help & Support” section in the Swwisho app and submit a refund request with relevant details and proof (if any).
Our support team will review the case within 3-5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
